Abstract

Background and Aims: Cardiometabolic disorders are associated with low glycine concentrations and glycine genetic loci are associated with lower coronary heart disease risk. We study the correlation of glycine concentrations with carotid atherosclerosis in a multiethnic type 2 diabetes cohort in Singapore.
