The general condition of all pregnant women were recorded and the thyroid function results in the first trimester were recorded. Results Logistic regression analysis showed that subclinical hypothyroidism had obvious correlation with the occurrence of gestational hypertension(OR=4.1, 95%CI=1.30-13.20, P=0.016), and subclinical hypothyroidism was significantly correlated with the occurrence of preeclampsia (OR=5.7, 95%CI=1.51-21.30, P=0.010). Conclusions Abnormal thyroid function in first trimester is closely related to gestational hypertensive.
