Introduction

N Besides, quail meat contains 20.4mg Ca, 277.1mg P, 6.2mg O Fe which are significantly higher than those in chicken meat quail were collected, respectively. Weights of all parts were measured by (11.0mg, 190.0mg and 1.5mg, respectively).
