A new method is proposed to overcome these problems. The ocean monitoring big data were divided into eight categories and analyzed individually, and then ocean monitoring data model, data model, ocean coast big data model, and ocean monitoring data sets were analyzed and calculated according to the spatial correlation function to determine the ocean monitoring big data spatial correlation coefficient and collect spatial correlation of ocean monitoring big data characteristic elements.
