Abstract

目的: 通过钴作业场所个体接触浓度与尿钴水平的相关性研究,为制订钴职业接触人群生物限值提供依据。 方法: 于2016年8月,选择作业场所不同钴暴露水平的30名某企业劳动者为接触组, 20名非钴接触的同企业管理者为对照组,两组人群年龄、前5天饮食、性别匹配,进行个体钴接触浓度检测与班末尿钴含量的测定,并对二者之间的关系进行分析。 结果: 职业接触钴工人8 h时间加权平均接触浓度中位数为0.016 mg/m(3),尿钴浓度中位数为6.54 μg/L,对照组8 h时间加权平均接触浓度均<0.001 mg/m(3),尿钴浓度中位数为0.80 μg/L,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);职业接触钴工人班末尿钴浓度随个体钴接触水平的增加而增加,两者呈正相关(r(s)=0.756,P<0.01)。 结论: 工人职业接触钴浓度与尿钴水平呈正相关,尿钴监测可能用于评价作业环境接触人群的职业接触钴水平。.
