Abstract

The study was conducted to determine the relationships between school heads’ emotional intelligence and school performance in the Division of San Jose City, Nueva Ecija, Philippines. The findings on the correlation between the respondent's socio-demographic characteristics and school performance showed no significant relationship. The results in this section showed that the educational attainment of the respondents was significant to their leadership and highly significant to their self-management in life and career. The results showed that there was no relationship between respondents’ emotional intelligence characteristics and school performance.
