Abstract

Electrodiagnostic (EDX) studies play an important role in the evaluation of patients with motor neuron disease. NCSs and needle EMG are complementary. In this, results can disclose information about the size and speed of the electrically conducted impulse. NCS/EMG is useful in helping diagnose include: nerve disorders, motor neuron diseases. Help for the examination of the peripheral nervous system are conventional and advanced techniques. NCS are only part of a complete peripheral neurophysiological examination (PNE) and are frequently accompanied by a needle electromyogram (EMG). Aim of this paper is to generate the correlation between the normal NCS, EMG and abnormal NCS, EMG. Also, to compare the measured values with the normal ranges. Here we used belly tendon method technique for nerves conduction study. The investigation is to document focal or continuous abnormalities in the conduction velocity, amplitude, Latency of the motor and sensory nerve. This study was conducted on motor neuron diseases patients and their clinical examination of motor neuron diseases along with electro diagnostic study was done. The statistical analysis is applied. The artificial intelligence systems used for correlation and interpretation of describes design of the fuzzy set theory, including fuzzifcation interface, correlation fuzzy determination mechanism for motor neuron diseases application and defuzzifcation interface. The FIS system expects the risks of motor neurons and degenerative in spinal and nerves based on symptoms of motor neuron diseases and NCS and EMG examinations.
