Corrections to “Analytic Determination of the Capacitance Matrix of Planar or Cylindrical Multiconductor Lines on Multilayered Substrates” [Feb 95 363-373

Abstract

In the above paper [1] , there are a few typos. In Fig. 1, upper left corner, on p. 364, the radius of the inner cylinder is not marked, and it should be marked as $r_{1}$ . The radius of the middle cylinder should be marked as $r=1$ and not $r_{2}$ . Finally, the radius of the outer cylinder should be marked as $r_{2}$ and not $r_{3}$ .
