In the published graph, y axis values incorrectly extend from 0 to 1.2. The corrected scale extends from 0 to 0.12. The relative differences between experimental groups remain as indicated in the figure legend and article text, and the conclusions of the study are not affected. The corrected figure and corresponding legend are provided below, and the corrected article can be found online at http://circres.ahajournals.org/cgi/content/full/104/6/805. Activation of PDH to compete against increased malic enzyme in hypertrophied hearts (HYP+DCA) moderated anaplerosis, which was lower than in untreated HYP. Black bar indicates sham hearts; white bar, DCA-treated sham hearts; hatched bar, hypertrophied hearts; gray bar, DCA-treated hypertrophied hearts. *P<0.05 vs the other 3 groups; †P<0.05 vs HYP.The authors regret this error.Reference1.
