British Journal of PharmacologyVolume 175, Issue 22 p. 4281-4281 CORRECTIONFree Access Correction This article corrects the following: Schisandrol B protects against cholestatic liver injury through pregnane X receptors Hang Zeng, Yiming Jiang, Pan Chen, Xiaomei Fan, Dongshun Li, Aiming Liu, Xiaochao Ma, Wen Xie, Peiqing Liu, Frank J Gonzalez, Min Huang, Huichang Bi, Volume 174Issue 8British Journal of Pharmacology pages: 672-688 First Published online: March 16, 2017 First published: 02 October 2018 https://doi.org/10.1111/bph.14496AboutSectionsPDF ToolsRequest permissionExport citationAdd to favoritesTrack citation ShareShare Give accessShare full text accessShare full-text accessPlease review our Terms and Conditions of Use and check box below to share full-text version of article.I have read and accept the Wiley Online Library Terms and Conditions of UseShareable LinkUse the link below to share a full-text version of this article with your friends and colleagues. In the Results subsection SolB up-regulates PXR genes involved in bile acid homeostasis, the text should say ‘SolB alone up-regulated hepatic levels of mRNAs for Cyp3a11, Cyp2b10, Ugt1a1, Oatp2 and Mrp3 (Figure 3A)’. Figure 3AOpen in figure viewerPowerPoint Due to the wrong primers for Cyp2b10 being used, the levels of Cyp2b10 mRNA were incorrectly observed. The authors recently realized this mistake and re-conducted the RT-qPCR assay using the correct primers, observing that SolB could induce hepatic Cyp2b10 mRNA levels in mice. Cyp2b10 is a target gene of PXR and takes part in bile acid detoxification, thus Cyp2b10 may also contribute to the anti-cholestatic effect of SolB. The authors would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused. The corrected Figure part is provided below: Reference Zeng H, Jiang Y, Chen P, Fan X, Li D, Liu A et al. (2017).
