In Figure 2, the author and year of the studies are incorrect and do not correspond correctly with other sections of the figure. In Figure 3, the data under the heading “DOAC-Not Anticoagulated” and subheading “ECASS,” for “Shahjouei et al, 2015.4,” reads, from left to right, “0, 5, 5, 47.” It should read, “0, 5, 47, 681.”These corrections have been made to the current online version of the article, which is available at https://www.ahajournals.org/doi/10.1161/STROKEAHA.119.026426.
