In row “2014,” column “Black/Rural,” the value should be suppressed because it is less than 11, in accordance with the Healthcare Cost and Utilization Project National Inpatient Sample data use agreement policy. The value has been replaced by asterisks, and a footnote has been added to the table: “**= value suppressed because less than 11.”This correction has been made to the current online version of the article, which is available at https://www.ahajournals.org/doi/10.1161/STROKEAHA.121.035006.
