Abstract
Penoscrotal transposition (PST) is a rare congenital anomaly of the external genitalia that can be either complete or incomplete. Modified Glenn Anderson technique is commonly used for correction of incomplete PST. In the present case, simultaneous correction of incomplete PST with hypospadias was done using principles of Modified Glenn Anderson technique.
