Abstract

Application of a modified technique of correction of the functional state of the lower limb muscles in patients with achondroplasia provides control over the processes of adaptation of motor units to new anatomical and biomechanical conditions of locomotor system functioning. The technique utilizes mechanical impact on biologically active zones and points under conditions of transosseous distraction osteosynthesis.
