Abstract
The author describes the results of administering an injection drug, a biorepair product belonging to the HYALREPAIR product line from the class of non-medicinal macromolecular therapeutic products (Registration Certificate No. FSR 2010/06572) for correction of involutive skin changes. Based on changes in such indices as elastometry, skin fold thickness and value of the cervicomental angle prior to and after a course of treatment, the author made a conclusion about high efficacy of the drug not only for facial skin rejuvenation procedures but also for correction of excessive fat deposits and ptosis in the bottom third part of the face.

Summary
Что в процессе старения иволютивные изменения затрагивают все ткани лица. Можно выделить два компонента старения лица: рельефный (гравитационный сдвиг мягких тканей и потеря ими объема) и кожный (дистрофические изменения в коже, ее истончение и потеря эластичности). Показали, что: а) препарат биоинертен, не капсулируется в тканях, а растекается по межтканевому пространству, встраиваясь в межклеточный матрикс; б) введение всех испытанных препаратов приводит к заметной пролиферации фибробластов, а при введении «Гиалрипайер-02», в состав которого входит аминокислотный комплекс, зафиксировано образование коллагеновых волокон Введение препаратов Гиалрипайер позволяет значительно улучшить вязкостно-эластичные показатели кожи, что может свидетельствовать о стимулировании процесса синтеза собственного коллагена и эластина. Препарат находится в коже и подкожной жировой клетчатке около 3 нед., и все это время липолитический эффект и восстановление межклеточного матрикса продолжаются. Курс биорепарации с препаратом Гиалрипайер-08/биорепарант хорошо сочетается с липолитической мезотерапией, с мезоперфузией и мезодеструкцией, которые можно дополнить ботулинотерапией нижней трети лица и шеи, методом векторного лифтинга, использованием филлеров
