Abstract
The formulae expressing corrections for dead-time losses, for measurements performed with multichannel analyzers operating in time mode are derived. The reasoning concerns analyzers in which the dead time is variable, from the moment of the pulse arrival till the moment when the memory cycle is finished. A series of measurements has been carried out to check if the formulae are correct.
