Abstract

It is possible for corporations to carry out their activities to commit crimes and of course, the impact on victims is so wide-ranging as a result of corporate crime, so it is only natural that corporations are also responsible for all their actions. Efforts to position the corporation as a party that must be responsible for actions that cause victims and also losses to other parties are not easy, because a corporation is not a person, but an association (whether with a legal entity or not). To realize corporate responsibility, what needs to be done is criminalization. The purpose of this study is to formulate a form of corporate responsibility.
