Abstract
In this survey, we examine the legal system of Tunisian' firms as well as their working modality in the setting of the new reform undertaken on corporate governance. In what follows, the reader will find a general overview of firms operating in the Tunisian area. In this sense, he will be able to distinguish the legal form of firms and permit to foreign investors to get an overview in Tunisian legislation more clearly before investing in such country.
