Abstract

Corporate Entrepreneurship, Entrepreneurial, EOS, ELQ, Path Analysis, Public service The purpose of this research is to build conceptual model of corporate entrepreneurship within the public service sector a s a baseline to improve government performance in order to provide the best service toward society. The study is based on questionnaires sent to the public service employees of Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu Satu Pintu (PPTSP) at B andung City and Regency. The relationship between the constructs is analyzed through path analysis. The results showed that there was a positive and signif icant relationship between entrepreneurial orientation, entrepreneurial leader ship on job satisfaction and society satisfaction. It means that the higher of e ntrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial leadership then the higher of gover nment performance, evaluated from job satisfaction and society satisfaction. Acc ording to Entrepreneurial Orientation Survey (EOS) and Entrepreneurial Leader ship Questionnaire (ELQ) results, there was a significant difference in char acteristics between PPTSP at Bandung City and Regency, evaluated from entreprene urial orientation, entrepreneurial leadership, job satisfaction and so ciety satisfaction. This research will help management within civil governme nt organization regarding any things that should be done to provide the best practice toward employees and public society. This research also helps the top le aders to conduct change which is encouraging corporate entrepreneurial mindset in or der to create good governance.
