Abstract

The purpose of the study. Today, corporate culture is based on its great role as the most important tool for the effective functioning of organizations, on the study and evaluation of the impact of corporate culture on the activities of organizations in order to improve management and increase the efficiency of organizations. In general, there is a need to assess the impact of corporate culture on the final result of the organization's activities and its effectiveness as a tool for creating favorable conditions for improving the efficiency of enterprise management. Research methodology. Theoretical and methodological basis of the study was made up of works, monographs, scientific publications of foreign and domestic scientists. Logical principles were used to define the basic theoretical concepts. A review of literary sources on the research topic was carried out. Originality/value of the research. The development of a corporate culture that contributes to the formation of the corporate identity of employees, allows you to effectively use human resources to implement your strategy, improve corporate governance, strengthen team cohesion and use corporate values as a strategic motivating factor for employees to achieve corporate goals. Research results. The article presents calculations in the form of a practical calculation of the impact of corporate culture on the performance of the organization.
