Abstract

The article reveals the problem of using the potential of corporate culture and social responsibility of the university in matters of professional socialization of master’s degree students with disabilities. The purpose of the study is to highlight the potential of corporate culture and social responsibility of the university in solving the problems of professional socialization of master’s degree students with disabilities. As a methodological substantiation, the leading trends in the activities of the university on the implementation of the project of the functioning of an accessible educational environment for master’s degree students with disabilities by means of university corporate culture are presented. The importance of the activities of the teaching staff of the university is emphasized in the implementation of: professional training of master’s degree students with disabilities in the context of their professional socialization together with adaptation to the educational environment of the university; programs of social and psychological support for persons with disabilities at the university; programs of medical and rehabilitation support for master’s degree students with disabilities. The work of the “Center for Inclusive Education of the Ural Federal University” is presented, which ensures the creation and improvement of conditions for training and professional socialization of persons with disabilities. The research methods were analysis, generalization and synthesis: scientific and methodological literature on the problem of research and practice of functioning of the “Center for Inclusive Education of the Ural Federal University”. The novelty of the research lies in the comprehensive study of the potential of the corporate culture and social responsibility of the university in matters of professional socialization of master’s degree students with disabilities through the creation of an accessible educational environment. Practical and theoretical significance of the results: for a federal university, solving the problem under study plays a special role, being a social institution that everyone should have access to, thereby performing one of the main functions and acting in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation. Analysis of the activities of Ural Federal University proved the importance of work on the formation of corporate culture and social responsibility of the university for the professional socialization of master’s degree students with disabilities. The possibilities of obtaining education by people with disabilities in this university on an individual basis using: distance technologies, individual programs, trajectories, training schedules are revealed.
