Abstract
The exact pathophysiological mechanism of coronary slow flow remains unclear although some possible mechanisms such as altered microvascular tone, diffuse vascular pathology, and acute release of coronary vasoconstrictor mediators have been proposed. Therefore we need new studies regarding responsible etiologies to answer the question 'Is coronary slow flow a disease or normal variant?'
