Abstract

Key Points Survivors of out of hospital cardiac arrest without ST‐segment elevations present uncertain indications and timing for coronary angiography. Patients without ST‐elevations who undergo angiography tend to be younger, with better neurologic status, and more rapid resuscitation. Outcomes between patients whether they had angiography early, later, or never, were similar suggesting further work on discriminating the best care pathway for these patients is needed.
