Abstract

We developed advanced computed tomography–based 3-dimensional (3D) models to demonstrate how transcatheter valve design may affect future coronary access in aortic valve implantation patients. Transcatheter aortic valve-in-valve implantation (ViV-TAVI) for failed surgical bioprosthetic valves is associated with an increased risk of coronary artery obstruction.1 Multiple strategies have been developed to avoid this complication.2
