Abstract
In the process of machining, sharp corners will exist at the joints of continuous short line segments, and most spline curves cannot establish the accurate relationship between arc length and parameters. For the corner transition path of the short segment, the five-degree PH˄Pythagorean-Hodograph˅ curve is adopted to realize high-speed smooth transition by adjusting the control points of the curve and restricting the length of the transition segment. The corner error is small by experimentally comparing the NURBS algorithm. Effectively reduce the tool vibration.
