Abstract

Corneal curvature changes of nineteen eyes using Hydron* hydrophilic lenses are reported. Half the eyes had some significant curvature change in at least one meridian, but only six eyes had a corneal astigmatism change over 0.25 D. It was concluded that, if any change were to take place in corneal curvatures, it would more likely be a flattening of the vertical meridian and a slight decrease in corneal astigmatism.
