Abstract

On the basis of the related literature, we construct the theoretical hypotheses between core enterprise leadership style, inter-organizational trust and cooperation performance. We use the actual data of the process of the innovation cooperation in China, and do an empirical test with the help of SPSS17.0. The whole research shows that moderate transformational leadership behavior conducive to enhance the performance of cooperation; transactional leadership style and inter-organizational trust negatively related to increased cooperation performance; part of the mediating effect of inter-organizational trust exists between transformational leadership and cooperation performance.
