Abstract

AbstractObjective. To solve the problems existing in the outpatient registration system which is unable to cope with the complex business processes in large hospitals. Methods. By analyzing the core business of the registration system, we design a flexible and efficient scheme to manage the registration schedule. Results. The scheme achieves the support of complex business processes, and solves several hotspots and difficult problems faced in the current registration system. Conclusion. With its feasible and practical characters, the scheme has achieved the desired purpose.
