It compares the cytokines interleukin (IL)-2, IL-12, IL15 and IL-18 and their combinations to define the best cytokine cocktail that will allow the generation of fully activated cord blood NK cells, with the ultimate goal of developing NK-based cellular product with powerful cytotoxic activity.
