Abstract
In this paper, we developed a CuI mediated one-pot muti-component method for the preparation of isoquinoline derivatives under microwave irradiation by using 2-bromobenzaldehyde and terminal alkynes as starting materials, tert-butyl amine as nitrogen source. This methodology provide one convenient and high efficient approach to the 3-substituted isoquinoline library.
