Abstract


 No evidence was identified regarding the diagnostic test accuracy or clinical utility of copper and ceruloplasmin tests compared to other tests or criteria to detect Wilson disease and Menkes disease in children with global development delay and intellectual disability that met the criteria for this review.
 No evidence-based guidelines were found on the use of copper and ceruloplasmin tests for children with global developmental delay and intellectual disability that met the criteria for this review.
