Abstract

The strong movement toward major educational restructuring and reform in the United States has been noted by many observers. Cooperative learning is one instructional strategy many supporters see as central to the goals of the reform movement. This article discusses the impact of cooperative learning on one segment of special education‐ the education of gifted children.
