Abstract

Training and learning can be two different events. This is especially so in the field of production supervision. Ford in all its European Operations knows the difficulties and constantly seeks improvement. Ford of Britain presented a paper at an IPM conference on its supervisory training programme. This article describes a similar approach in Ford of Germany.
