Abstract
ABSTRACTCataloging electronic serials (e-serials) provides discovery and access to valuable resources. With the rapid growth of e-serial publishing one method of managing the cataloging workload is through cooperative cataloging projects. The University of Washington Libraries participate in a number of cooperative cataloging projects through the Cooperative Online Serials Program and the Council on East Asian Libraries. This session covered factors for managing cooperative cataloging projects and described specific projects as examples.
