Abstract
We estimate necessary conditions for atomic hydrogen samples and their forced evaporative cooling such that the samples could undergo Bose-Einstein condensation in static magnetic traps, despite the loss of atoms by electronic relaxation. Square, triangular and parabolic potential wells are considered.
