Abstract
Finnish company Convion has started operation of a biogas-fueled C50 solid oxide fuel cell system at a wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) in northern Italy. The system startup marks the launch of a demonstration of Convion's fuel-flexible C50 SOFC cogeneration unit at an industrial biogas installation, and an important milestone along the path of commercialisation of the product.
