Abstract

Records conversion is a must in a newly automated library system. As a result of the recent development in automation at the University of Ilorin library, almost all the monograph collection have been converted to readable format, while the conversion of the serials records remain dormant. The article discusses the attempt being employed in the conversion of the records and the pitfall.
