Abstract

Abstract This research study is entitled the "Conversion Kurdish Language: A Morphological Study", attempts to investingate and analyses the relation between conversion along with morphological and semantic phenomena. Also, it focuses on defining conversion as a concept and shed light on the reasons bhind applying conversion. This study hypothesizes that conversion, as a word-formation process, related to some other morphological phenomena. In addition that the conversion is related to other semantic phenomena. Therefore, the relationship is identified, and the level of these relations are well illustrated. Keywords: Conversion process, Morphological phenomenon, Semantic phenomenon, Conversion Factors.
