Abstract
The expansions of scattering amplitudes as functions of two complex variables are proposed. The expansions converge in the whole analyticity region prescribed by the Mandelstam representation. The method may be useful for the reconstruction of scattering amplitudes from the data. A possible connection to the Atkinson approach for the construction of scattering amplitudes satisfying first principles is briefly discussed.
