Abstract
Convergence of the greedy algorithm in Walsh system in L p , p > 1 is studied. It is proved that there exists a function in L p , 1 2, greedy algorithm is constructed and sufficient conditions for convergence of the greedy algorithm in L p , p > 1 are given.
