Abstract

CaTiO3 nanopowders having mesoporous structure were synthesized in different heating environments. Thermal decomposition of intermediate phases was observed as a primary mechanism behind formation of high-purity CaTiO3 nanopowders. Overall analysis of results suggested that different heating environments exhibited significant implications on particle size, porosity, and pore distribution properties of CaTiO3 nanopowders.
