Abstract

ABSTRACTThis article describes the position of the trade union movement of the Americas regarding the rights of indigenous peoples and Convention 169, identifying the process carried out to strengthen and consolidate the relationship between the two forces, within the framework of an intercultural dialogue, and commenting on concrete trade union initiatives in favour of indigenous people.
