Abstract

The present article addresses the effects of convective heat transfer of nanofluid utilizing Buongiorno's model in a wavy channel. The simultaneous effects of Brownian motion and thermophoresis are discussed. The solutions for velocity, temperature and concentration are analytically obtained. Effects of sundry parameters such as Lewis number Le, Prandtl number Pr, thermophoresis number Nt and Brownian motion number Nb are graphically presented. The streamlines have also been shown to discuss the skin fiction with the different buoyancy discipline. Computations for hybrid Genetic Algorithm and Nelder-Mead approach are also offered for the validity of obtained results.
