Abstract
Statement of the Problem: Successful endoscopic resection of benign sinonasal tumors within the last decade has led to the endoscopically assisted removal of malignant sinonasal tumors, which in turn set the stage for the contemporary two-nostril, four-handed resection of anterior skull base (ASB) malignancies. The two main grievances skeptics have regarding endoscopic treatment of malignancies are the inability to perform en bloc resections and the belief that ASB cannot be safely repaired endoscopically.
