Abstract
Decentralized controller design for large-scale linear time-invariant (LTI) neutral time-delay systems, using the approach of overlapping decompositions, is presented. The approach is based on the principle of restriction, which is a special case of inclusion. The considered controllers have the most general form of LTI neutral time-delay controllers. However, they include LTI retarded time-delay, as well as finite-dimensional, controllers as special cases.
