Abstract
Presents in this paper a controller design methodology based on moment characterization of discrete SISO plants, that is extended to systems incorporating singularities like time-delay or unstable zeros and seems to be suited to robust controller design for ill-damped oscillatory plants, which present possibly uncertain or nonstationary characteristics, as benchmark tests show it in the given example.
