Abstract

Synthesized ZnO Nanowires (NWs) or Nanoflowers (NFs) with different shapes by chemical approach for different shapes controlled growth of ZnO have been developed. It’s controlled by changing the reduced agent with constant temperature 96 C° for 20 min. Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) and Fourier Transformation Infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy characterization have been to test the structural, morphological and optical analysis respectively of the ZnO. It has been found that hydrothermal synthetic method can produce good quality ZnO and have highly crystalline having hexagonal wurtzite structure.Synthesized ZnO Nanowires (NWs) or Nanoflowers (NFs) with different shapes by chemical approach for different shapes controlled growth of ZnO have been developed.
