Abstract
A technique for controlling the catalytic process using the impact on heterogeneous catalyst capable of staying in at least two conformational states has been described. The distinctive feature of conformers is their topological difference in the region of space of no less than 1 nm3. Binding of ligands or the presence of high intensity electric field makes it possible to change in a specified way the catalyst affinity to reaction’s substrates/products.
