Abstract

In this paper for fast continuous tuning of the wavelength of fibre and waveguide laser radiation we propose to use a waveguide modulator as an inside-cavity electrooptic cell. Such a cell permits one to tune the wavelength of the laser radiation in the frame of the fibre Bragg grating (FBG) reflection bandwidth. To increase the region of controllable wavelength changing the tuneable Bragg grating written as well on the waveguide electrooptic modulator is used.
