Abstract
Objective To establish a novel and simple method for establishing rabbit model of acute myocardial ischemia-reperfusion(ML/R).Methods Rabbits were randomly assigned to 3 experimental groups:Sham-operated control(threading a needle without ligation),I/R1(anterior descending branch of coronary ligation foUowed by reperfusion),L/R2(left marginal branch of coronary ligation followed by reperfusion).ECG was observed.Results A11 ST segments were elevated in I/R2(n:15).The models were developed successfully.Conclusion A novel model was simple and reliable for MI/R study in the rabbit with left marginal branch of coronary ligation.
